After your initial 12 months, your subscription continues on a rolling monthly basis with no price increase and no new lock-in. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice at any time. If you do cancel, you keep all your content, images, and copy. We believe our clients stay because the service is genuinely valuable, not because they are tied into a contract.

Absolutely. Many of our care clients operate across multiple locations, and we build the website to reflect that. Each location gets its own dedicated page with area-specific service details, local contact information, and its own CQC rating badge. This means families searching for care in a specific area find the right branch directly, while your brand stays consistent across all locations. If you open a new branch in the future, we add a new location page as part of your ongoing subscription.

Most content changes are completed within 24 to 48 hours. Simply email or WhatsApp us with what you need, whether that is a new vacancy, a change to your services, updated staff photos, or a new CQC rating, and our team handles it. There is no limit on the number of content updates included in your subscription. You never need to log into a dashboard or learn a content management system.

We can work with whatever you have. If you have existing photos of your team, your care settings, or your facilities, we will use those.
